Sorrento Wedding Photographer, Villa Antiche Mura- Tash and Mark, Italy
Weddings in Sorrento hit a little different. With Mount Vesuvius as a constant backdrop, the beautiful chaos of the market streets, winding through the colourful ancient architecture, it’s hard not to fall in love with the place.
Tash and Mark started their wedding day getting ready at Conca Park Hotel, it’s worth a visit there just to see the interior of the hotel, like an art installation in itself, and the views are to die for.
After prep we dashed to the ceremony location, a popular spot in the middle of town, but away from the hustle and bustle, Chiostro San Francesco, it offers a space of peace to get married.
After the ceremony, we hit the streets of Sorrento, this was one of my favourite parts of the day, the constant cheers and clapping of congratulations from everyone as we walked around was a lovely thing to witness.
We then made our way to the reception venue, Villa Antiche Mura, a perfect spot to continue the day, with elegant terraces overlooking the sea of Sorrento. Watching the sun set with Tash and Mark there was one of those life experiences I’ll never forget.
This was a trip that I will forever be thankful for, everyone at the wedding treated me like another friend, just part of the day.
